For example, a man named Pham Thoai has spent billions of his own money to help the victims of the Yagi typhoon. This has greatly helped a lot of families go through their hard times.

He has not only donated his blood but also mobilized everyone to donate their blood, helped many people receive the necessary and timely blood for disease treatment and health care.
